Tadmur Holding sponsors the awards for the second year running
Doha, Qatar, 17th September 2018: Qatar Green Building Council (QGBC) has announced Tadmur Holding, a diversified Qatari conglomerate, as the official sponsor of the Qatar Sustainability Awards 2018. It is the second year in a row that Tadmur Holding has sponsored the awards.
Qatar Sustainability Awards is organised by Qatar Green Buildings Council (QGBC), which is a member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF). It aims to recognise the efforts, commitment, and contributions of individuals and organisations in furthering sustainable development and environmental protection in Qatar and beyond.
There are 24 categories in the areas of green building, green hospitality, green service providers, building products and technologies, green research and sustainability initiatives.
The awards are open to government, business, and non-profit organisations. The deadline for applications for the Qatar Sustainability Awards is 27th September 2018.
A shortlist of the candidates will be announced on 16th October following an expert jury review of the nominations.
