Part 1: January 9, 2019
Part 2: January 16, 2019
Part 3: January 23, 2019
focuses on understanding certification options, scoring and data requirements, best practices for sustainable operations, and the benefits of the two approaches to LEED O+M. The Performance Score approach to LEED O+M utilizes the Arc platform, a simple yet powerful tool to engage building owners, managers and occupants in optimizing building sustainability on an ongoing basis by monitoring energy, water, waste, transportation and human experience.
Projects teams now have the option to pursue LEED O+M via a traditional, credit-based approach or this new, Performance Score based approach. This workshop will equip attendees to make informed decisions about the best approach for their next LEED O+M project and prepare them to execute on either option.
- Describe the two pathways to LEED O+M certification and recertification for existing buildings, as well as the benefits and differences between them
- Discuss how projects establish a Performance Score in Arc
- List the requirements for both a credit-based path and a Performance Score based path to LEED O+M Certification
- Identify the intent and requirements of key LEED prerequisites and credits for successful certification
Fees per attendee:
Fees are inclusive of a digital copy of course handouts & LEED CE completion certificate.
